Another burst water main in Muswell Hill

Yet another water main has burst in Muswell Hill. Thames Water are due to fix the problem by 11th June. Local Liberal Democrat councillor Gail Engert has expressed concerns about the number of burst water mains in Muswell Hill over the last year.

Gail Engert, Lib Dem councillor for Muswell Hill, comments:

"It is very concerning that there has been so many burst water mains in Muswell Hill over the last year. Thames Water must do more to address the underlying problem and not just patch things up each time a pipe bursts."
